Cng Lpg Ecu Factory introduces the characteristics of multi-point direct injection and single-point self-priming:

1. Multi-point direct injection type:
The connection between the gas system and the engine is one connection point for each cylinder, and the electronic control system adopts the electronic injection method to control the gas supply, so it is called multi-point direct injection. Its working principle is that after the gas is decompressed by the pressure reducer, it is supplied to the high-frequency injection valve and then the computer calculates the amount of fuel required by the engine and controls the injection valve to supply the engine for combustion, so its supply is very punctual and flexible, so it is dynamic Much stronger than self-priming. There is no venturi mixer, so there will be no flashback or increased fuel consumption. Its work is mainly calculated and adjusted by
the computer, so its failure rate is very low. The overall performance of the multi-point direct injection type is more stable than that of the self-priming type. All models can be used for installation.

2. Single-point self-priming type:
The connection between the automobile gas device and the engine intake manifold is a single point, and the engine sucks in gas by itself, so it is called a single point self-priming type. Its working principle is to supply the mixer through the pressure reducer and then suck the engine through the negative pressure of the engine, so its gas supply is passive, so its power performance is reduced by about 5-8%. In the case of urgent refueling, the gas supply will be insufficient, which may cause the phenomenon of backfire and firing. The backfire firing is caused by the detonation of the gas in the intake manifold by electric sparks. Because a mixer is added before the throttle, the flow of air will decrease when the air enters, so the amount of fuel is increased by about 10% when refueling.
